SHAPE & BAKE - Danish Baking
Ready to learn some baking tips in a quick amount of time?
Our 2 hour Shape & Bake class gives you an express look and hands on experience with various different doughs.
We pre-prepare the dough so you can focus on the fun stuff – shaping, rolling, folding and molding these doughs into delicious baked goods.
You will prepare some lovely toppings and fillings to be used during the class, and we will share top tips for creating your own sourdough mother.
Join Shape and Bake if you enjoy learning by doing, and with very different types of doughs you will gain all the knowledge you’ll need to re-create these baked goodies at home.
While everything is baking there will plenty of time for questions, and before you know it you’ll be back exploring the city with a bag full of delicious bakery items straight from the oven.
