Welcome to our 'Home Made Pasta Making' class - a culinary adventure brimming with authenticity, new skills and delicious pasta! Inspired by traditional methods and infused with Nordic influence, this hands on class ensures a cosy and fulfilling experience.
We will guide you through the process of making pasta from scratch, turning simple ingredients into mouth-watering pasta shapes. Get your hands doughy and you'll see just how easy pasta making can be.
You will learn to roll and shape different styles of pasta, and our chefs will prepare some delicious sauces and fillings, so by the end of your experience you will have created a feast of pasta treats. Take a seat in our dining room and enjoy the freshest home-made pasta with your fellow cooks. This journey will leave you with the confidence to make your own pasta at home and some great new recipes to enjoy and share.
