Enjoy a Copenhagen day in the best way, learning the essential skills to create perfect and delicious breads and baked goods. You will be hands-on throughout the class learning the techniques for mixing, kneading, proving and shaping different types of dough. By the end you will have new skills and all the methods for creating perfect baked goodies, so you can recreate a taste of Denmark at home. In this class we'll show you how to make amazing sour dough bread using our 8 year old sour dough mother, sweet and soft cinnamon twists, delightful spiced Danish tea buns, and look at the dark and delicious rye bread. (items may change, depending on availability of ingredients). Once you've finished baking, sit together in our lovely dining room to enjoy all your freshly baked goodies fresh from the oven, served with tasty toppings, juice, tea and coffee. Bring a bag to take home any leftovers!
