Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION AND REFUND

We reserve the right to cancel or change a class due to insufficient registration numbers or illness. In such instances all registered guests may move to another class with available space, or receive a refund. We will contact registered participants by phone or email regarding any changes.
The purchase of a class is binding and the booking cannot be refunded or exchanged.
If you are sick or unable to attend your ticket may be passed on to 3rd parties. www.forbrug.dk

For private events and team building activities our cancellation policy is as follows:
With more than 2 months notice of the event date – full refund
Between 1 – 2 months before the arrangement date – Refunded by 50%
Less than 1 month before the arrangement date – No refund

Postponement of a private event or team building activity can be made with 30 days notice without penalty. Thereafter a fee of 20% applies.

Change of participant numbers
Cancellation of up to 10% of the agreed number of participants can be done free of charge up to 14 days before the date of the event.
A minimum of 8 covers applies to all events

In case of government restrictions due to Covid 19 we are happy to offer a postponement of the event to a future date. If we are prohibited from hosting the event for more than 3 months a full refund can be requested.
